Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship to:

All major cities and towns across India.
Remote or rural locations may require additional delivery time.

Note: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: ₹50 – ₹100 depending on location and order size.
Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before final payment.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities/Towns: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional holidays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status through our courier partner’s tracking portal.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit:

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will verify the claim and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as per our Refunds & Returns Policy.

8. Change of Address

To request a shipping address change after placing your order, contact us immediately. Once an order is dispatched, we may not be able to modify the address.
