Refunds & Returns Policy

At SN Healthcare Wellness Center, we prioritize your satisfaction and the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our health and personal care items, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed, except in cases where you receive a damaged or defective product.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
You may request a replacement (not refund) only if:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals, labels, and tags intact.
If approve, your replacement will be deliver within 5-7 business days
❌ We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
Health supplements, personal care, or consumable items (for hygiene and safety reasons).
Products purchased during sales, offers, or discounts unless damaged or defective.
Items returned without original packaging.
2. Return/Replacement Process
To request a replacement:

Provide your Order ID, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product received.
Once verified, we will send a replacement or guide you on how to return the defective item.
Once verified return will take 5-7 business days
3. Refund Policy
🚫 Refunds are not applicable for any reason other than:
The product is proven to be damaged or defective, and a replacement is not available.
In such rare cases, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping or delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may proceed through the replacement process if applicable.
